INTEGRATED SPIRITUALITY GATHERINGS
Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Come and join us on Wednesday evenings as we explore spiritual practices that can help center us and enrich our Christian faith. As people who strive for justice and seek to live a faith that is active, these spiritual practices can help us be more balanced in the health and well-being of our body, mind, and spirit.
How do we remain present to the Sacred that we inhabit? Join us on Wednesday, March 6, as Christin Scarcello-Miller presents: “Meditation Basics for Spiritual Connection.” Christin will walk through the steps of a basic meditation using kriya. The practice will include a brief asana practice with a longer meditation.
*No prior experience in meditation is required. Please bring your own mat and comfortable clothes that you can move in.
